1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The Tatar-American Center, called in the future
"Center" is the cultural-educational noncommercial public organization
which based on membership of
persons, institutions, and agencies. The
Center was created on the initiative of citizens of the Russian
Federation, which have united for realization the overall aims which
specified in the present Charter.
1.2. The organization carries out the
activity according to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the
Civil Code, the Federal law "About public associations" and other
legal certificates of the Russian Federation, the present Charter, and
guided in the activity by the conventional international principles
and norms.
1.3. A full name is: public
organization “Tatar-American Center".
The Abbreviated name is:
"Tatar-American Center". (TAC)
The name of the Center in English is:
"Tatar-American Center".
1.4. The Center’s activity is based on
principles of voluntary association,
equality, self-management and legality. This is not religious, not
political and not nationalist public association.

The
goals of the Tatar-American Center activity are
1.
to promote Tatar/American cooperation and invention in the fields of
business, culture and education;
2.
to study and disseminate knowledge about American/Tatar business,
culture and American-English and Tatar Languages throughout the World;
3.
to assist in bringing together persons, who wish to study the
American/Tatar cultures and American/Tatar Languages;
4.
to facilitate the advancement of knowledge of America/Tatar ways by
cultural and language exchanges using classical and innovative
techniques.
The
main tasks of the Tatar-American Center are
1.
to meet the growing demand for information on American and Tatar
culture, education, language, economic and politics in the two
respective nations;
2.
to significantly improve the Russian Federation's teaching
capabilities in American-English language through CUES, American
business practices, and American culture;
3.
to plan and test projects and products that advance the innovative
ideas of our individual citizens for work on mutual inventions,
cooperative research and two nation development of the joint ventures
of the projects advanced by the Tatar-American Center.
4.
to gather and store information and knowledge about Tatarstan and
America and to have it readily available to the citizens of both
nations in classical forms and to to pioneer the development of
digital forms and structures using epistecybernetic systems for
advanced knowledge delivery.
